General Manager - Las Vegas

Position Summary

The General Manager (GM) of Las Vegas is a key role responsible for driving Choura’s mission, vision, and core values throughout the organization. This individual will be tasked with developing and managing a high-performing team of event professionals, aligning sales and operations, and ensuring the company meets and exceeds both financial goals and customer expectations.

As a strategic leader, the GM will put the right people in the right seats, cultivate operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and performance. Although the plan is to start small, the goal will be to build a team of successful event professionals capable of servicing Vegas’ largest events.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and communicator to the CEO, consistently delivering clear insights on the company's operational and financial health.
  • Lead decision-making with a strong connection to Choura’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Deeply understand and manage company financials—including budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance—to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Become a sales force in a new market utilizing Choura’s established marketing team
  • Uphold a principled decision-making process that prioritizes long-term success and organizational integrity.

Essential Duties
  • Maintain balance and alignment between expanding sales and monitoring capacity.
  • Create and refine forecasting tools that emphasize high-margin opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce consistent pricing strategy that makes sense for the region
  • Closely monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and revenue to maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Drive growth strategies focused on key accounts and multi-year partnerships.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to recruit and retain high-performing field and warehouse crew members in the Vegas market
  • Ensure revenue targets are set and met each month 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in both professional and personal settings, representing Choura with professionalism and authenticity.
