Position Summary

The Installer supports the setup and breakdown of temporary structures for live events, ensuring that builds are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and staging event materials
• Set up tents, flooring, staging, and related event infrastructure
• Follow build instructions and crew leadership guidance
• Maintain clean, organized work sites and respect client property
• Support safe equipment operation and teamwork onsite
• Perform general labor tasks with consistency and attention to detail

Requirements

• Full-time availability, including early mornings and weekends
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet all day
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable transportation to Torrance or job sites

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in events, construction, or manual labor preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Forklift certification is a bonus
